This policy explains what Prometheus Systems collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
Information you give us
When you submit a consultation or application form, we may collect your name, business name, work email, optional phone number, and anything you choose to tell us about the work you want to discuss.
When you request a Google and AI visibility audit, we use your work email domain, or the business website you provide, to open the publicly accessible website and show you a current screenshot. We also collect any optional market or buyer-search details you add to the request.
On the Five Hours Back application, once you have entered your name, business, and a valid work email, we may save the in-progress application before you press Submit. This lets us recover a request if you leave before finishing. A completed submission updates that same record rather than creating a second lead.
Purchases sent to Milo
Milo is an AI sourcing agent operated by Prometheus. If you send Milo a purchase, by email or at prometheus.today/milo, we collect your name, company, work email, what you tell us about the purchase, and any files you attach, such as purchase orders, quotes, invoices, drawings, or screenshots.
We use this information only to source that purchase and show you what Milo finds. Files are stored privately and are seen only by Milo and the Prometheus team. During the pilot, a Prometheus team member reviews every recommendation before you see it. We do not share your prices, supplier names, drawings, or company name with other suppliers without your permission.
To stop hearing from Milo, reply STOP to any Milo email. To have a submission and its files deleted, email info@prometheus.today.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your request, evaluate whether an engagement is a fit, arrange the consultation, prevent abuse, and maintain reasonable business records. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing email list.
Website analytics
Selected pages use Vercel Web Analytics. It records anonymous page views and aggregate information such as the page visited, referrer, broad location, browser, operating system, and device type. On the Five Hours Back pages, we also record anonymous entry source, CTA activity, application starts, step numbers reached, and active-time milestones.
Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or form answers to analytics. If you submit a form, the lead record may include the landing page, referral source, campaign tags, and the active time on that page.
The Five Hours Back pages store a random first-party visitor identifier in your browser's local storage. It does not contain your name or contact details. If you start or submit an application, the identifier can be attached to the Airtable lead record so we can connect the request to its original source. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
Private benchmark reports use separate access tracking. We record successful logins, report views, PDF downloads, CTA clicks, event time, referrer origin, and browser user agent. Because each report is prepared for a specific recipient, this activity is associated with that report and its intended recipient. If you request a follow-up from a private report, we also store the phone number you provide and the time of the request.
Advertising measurement
If you allow advertising measurement on a Five Hours Back page, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to understand whether Facebook or Instagram advertising led to a page visit, an application start, or a completed application. Meta may use this activity for conversion measurement, audience measurement, and retargeting under its own privacy terms.
The browser Pixel may set or read Meta identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc and receive the random first-party visitor identifier as an external ID. After a completed application has been saved, our server may send Meta the Lead event name, event time, a deduplication identifier, the funnel URL, browser user agent, a one-way hash of that visitor identifier, and available Meta browser or click identifiers. We do not send Meta the applicant's name, email address, phone number, company name, or application answers through this integration.
Browser and server events use the same deduplication identifier so Meta can treat them as one conversion. Advertising measurement is separate from the application itself. Declining it does not prevent you from submitting an application.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the website and handle inquiries. These currently include Vercel for hosting, anonymous web analytics, and private storage of files sent to Milo; Meta for advertising and conversion measurement when allowed; Browserbase for opening publicly accessible business websites and returning screenshots; Airtable for lead storage; and Google Workspace for Milo's email. They process information under their own security and privacy commitments.
Cookies
Vercel Web Analytics does not set analytics cookies. The Five Hours Back pages use local storage for the random visitor identifier described above, your advertising-measurement choice, and session storage for an application identifier that prevents duplicate lead records. If you allow Meta advertising measurement, the Meta Pixel may set or read advertising identifiers and cookies. If you decline, the Meta Pixel does not load and we do not send the server-side Meta Lead event. Some gated reports and client features may use essential session cookies to provide access and security.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate the business, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
